Castronuño to Toro

Left the albergue and headed northwest - we could see our destination on the horizon over 20km away
Today we walked through poplar tree plantations, potato fields, and followed the banks of the Río Duero/Douro

In the little village of Villafranca de Duero when you reach your 18th birthday you have to climb this pole.

I knew there was going to be a climb involved but wow, what a steep climb!
