Tembleque

Tembleque is an old town that features in the tales of Don Quixote 

 

We stayed in an albergue, El Balcón de la Mancha in Plaza Orden de Veracruz.

The Plaza Mayor (built 1598) was used for social events and as a bull ring until 1987
